Alexandra Kupka - Principal
I founded Make Peace Family Law to help people navigate separation with clarity, dignity and as little conflict as possible.
With over 30 years’ experience in family law, I focus on resolving matters in a way that is both practical and durable, whether through carefully structured binding agreements or enforceable court orders where needed. By prioritising early resolution and well-drafted agreements, I am usually able to offer clients a more cost-effective alternative to protracted litigation.
I work with clients during some of their most difficult periods of their lives. My role is not only to provide legal advice, but to guide them through their options, challenge assumptions where necessary, and help them reach outcomes that are fair, workable and sustainable.
Originally from Germany, I was drawn to the law through a strong interest in justice and conflict resolution. Over the course of my career, that interest has evolved into a focus on helping clients resolve disputes with respect, minimise unnecessary conflict and prioritise the wellbeing of children and families.
With well-drafted agreements or consent orders, my aim is always the same: to help clients move forward with certainty and confidence.
